About the owner

Bohemian House is the nexus of Tiffany Brown-Averill’s lifelong love affair with the arts and her fearlessly unconventional approach to life. 

Tiffany is a proud native of Baltimore where she attended the Maryland Institute College of Arts Young Artists Program. She went on to receive her BFA in painting with a minor in textiles from Savannah College of Art and Design.  Almost 30 years later, Tiffany’s extensive career in the arts includes working as a consultant for a prestigious international gallery, art educator, private painting instruction, curating shows, restoration artist, interior design, custom framing, private collection curation, historic preservation, buyer & merchandiser of luxury goods, and high end art sales.  

Tiffany lives in Historic Catonsville with her husband, and is mom to 2 amazing sons. In her spare time she loves to paint, garden, cook, entertain, and dream of new ways to bring her eclectic vision of modern Bohemia to Main Street, Ellicott City.
