Art Appraisals

We can appraise paintings, fine art engravings, stone lithography, sculpture, and various antiques.

Because it covers your butt that's why! But in all seriousness an appraisal is important for many reasons. Possessing a written valuation of your property allows you to add items of value to your insurance policy, and creates credibility if you're looking to sell your property, or liquidate an estate.

Typically we ask for 2 weeks, although it could take longer if you require an estate catalogue. This allows us the time needed to research your property and to create a written valuation. We also give you a digital copy for your records. 

We charge $95 per piece. 

There is an additional fee if we are required to travel to your residence.

There is an additional fee if you require a bound estate catalogue.
